This class is all about helping you let go of those deep-seated fears, stress, and emotional weight we all carry. Through intentional exhaling and mindful breathing, it encourages you to release what’s no longer serving you, making space for courage, clarity, and inner strength to shine.


Thursday, May 1, 2025 Theme: Nurturing Your Inner Child: Inner Child Connection


Theme:


This session uses a circular breathing pattern, where inhalation flows seamlessly into exhalation. It enables individuals to tap into buried emotions, release past traumas, and reconnect with their inner child in a safe and nurturing space.


Time: 7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. 


Location: ViBE Dance & Fitness Studio
