This free virtual breathwork circle invites you to arrive as you are and move through a gentle practice that supports presence and inner balance. We’ll start with a 15‑minute guided session, followed by time to integrate what you notice. After that, the circle opens for questions, reflections, and meaningful conversation—an opportunity to connect, learn, and expand together.
